Beliau berkata ketika ini peluru itu tidak memberi sebarang masalah dan

perkara yang lebih penting untuk dilakukan sekarang ialah menstabilkan keadaan

Sanjeevan.

"Pembedahan tidak dilakukan kerana masalah akut yang dihadapinya sekarang

bukan diakibat peluru itu, tetapi kerana keadaan tubuhnya yang boleh mengancam

nyawanya," kata beliau kepada pemberita selepas mengumumkan pencapaian terkini

Dr Subramaniam berkata keputusan itu semata-mata berdasarkan prosedur

melakukan pembedahan.

Dalam kejadian pukul 4.30 petang itu, mangsa yang berusia 29 tahun cedera

parah akibat dtembak dua lelaki bermotosikal ketika memandu kereta jenis BMW di

satu lampu isyarat berhampiran Taman Cempaka, dekat Bahau, Negeri Sembilan.

Mangsa kini dirawat di Hospital Serdang selepas dipindahkan daripada

Hospital Tuanku Ja''afar, Seremban.
