DTotD: Hearts captain sent off for barging opposing manager to the ground after scoring penalty

Hearts switched places with Ross County at the bottom of the Scottish Premier League on Saturday with a crucial 2-0 win. The opening goal came from a penalty converted by defender Jamie Hamill in the 65th minute.

After celebrating with his teammates, Hamill decided the best course of action would be to run straight into Ross County manager Derek Adams, knocking the 38-year-old to the ground.

In the melee that followed, the Hearts captain received his marching orders from the referee.

Once in the dressing room, he received a call from the Houston Texans offering him a job as a defensive tackle and a lucrative offer from Zlatan Ibrahimovic for him to do the same thing to Pep Guardiola.

This has been the Dirty Tackle of the Day: a chronicling of unfortunate events.
